What data is collected and processed

This website is a static presentation site. It does not collect data through forms and does not store personal data about visitors in its own systems.

When you contact us, your data is processed as follows:

The contact form opens in the CryptPad service hosted on EU-based server (dcmnt.eu). The information requested on the form is encrypted and stored in CryptPad environment and is used only for responding to your enquiry.
Email and phone: your message and contact details exist only in the email or telephone system they arrive in. They are used for responding to your enquiry.
Remote support is established with the RustDesk remote support app only at your initiative. The connection is session-specific: when the session ends, access to your computer ends. The app is being downloaded from RustDesk's own GitHub repository (github.com)
Speed test opens in the OpenSpeedTest service hosted in the EU by Elisa Oyj (nopeustesti.saunalahti.fi). We do not receive, do not collect, and do not store any data from this speed test. 

You will not be added to a mailing list, and your data will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use cookies. The website does not have integration with any analytics services and trackers. The website does not collect user's data for targeted advertisements. The website does not contain any advertisements and is not integrated with any advertisement services.

The website’s fonts, images and videos are served from our own service provider, not from external services. Your IP address does not end up with a third party when you open a page.

Your rights

You have the right:
- to know what data about you is processed
- to request rectification or erasure of the data
- to restrict or object to the processing
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman)

Requests should be addressed to the contact person mentioned above.

Third parties and transfers

The data is not disclosed to other parties.
The information about the received product/service may be published to the extent agreed with the customer for portfolio, show-case purposes of the work.
The data will not be disclosed outside the EU or the EEA. The data may be disclosed if required by the Finnish authorities.
